New Zealand is an animal friendly environment. This park is designated for dog use, although humans are allowed to use it also! I'm just wondering how one would keep a dog that's running free under control?

it does seem to be a bit paradoxical but hopefully the responsible owners will keep the others in check
I love the photo... The board is amazingly funny with its contradiction.
Luckily dogs can't read, so they just enjoy themselves!
